This piece was written as a jam in one of the rehearsals we did. I think Adam started playing the bass line and then Scottie started playing the rhythm on the drums. I think I added keys and was like that was that holy Ghost.. LOL! So the tune we called Ellah Holy Ghost as a reminder that there is a “Female” god and how Western religion constantly tries to erase our feminine deities. It’s important for women to recognize our power and strength. Sometimes the first place we look for that is in our divinities, but when their divinities do not represent you, that causes some psychological setbacks and can even subconsciously allow people to behave in their lower selves.
